Fall Convocation - Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Ceremony

Fall Convocation ceremonies will be celebrated in person on Thursday, November 25th, and  Friday, November 26th, 2021.

The Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Ceremony:

Thursday, November 25th at 15h00

Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier, Place des Arts, 175 St. Catherine Street West (entrance on the Place des Arts metro level).

The following public health restrictions will be in place for the ceremonies:

  • Vaccine passports will be required for graduates, families and guests to get into the venue. Photo ID will also be required. Please refer to the Place des Arts COVID-19 website for more information.
  • Masks must be worn at all times at the venue: upon arrival, during the ceremony, while crossing the stage or circulating in the venue.

Other restrictions may also be necessary and we will update this website with additional details in the coming weeks, so please check back.

The convocation ceremonies are ticketed events: graduates, their families and guests will need tickets to enter the venue. Graduates will be able to invite a maximum of four (4) guests. More information about where and when you can obtain your tickets will be posted on the Convocation website in the coming weeks.

You must reserve your cap and gown before the ceremonies and pick it up along with your lineup card (includes your name and degree details). The link to reserve your cap and gown, and the pickup schedule will be on the Convocation website in the coming weeks.

Note: Seats are limited. Faculty members who supervise MSc or PhD students who will be participating in the ceremony and wish to attend the AES convocation must be registered.  Please indicate your interest and reason to joanne.teneyck [at] mcgill.ca (Joanne Ten Eyck) by Wednesday, November 17.
