Leadership 3: Leading teams for success

Given increasing globalization, technological change, and task complexity, the use of teams has become a token part of the work environment. This workshop is designed to aid graduate students learn core strategies to successfully lead teams using an evidence-based approach.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:​

• Describe the role of team leaders in influencing team performance​
• Identify ways to manage group norms and their pitfalls​
• Determine effective strategies to manage team conflict
