In a world of constant transiency and high energy, how do we ensure that student initiatives remain sustainable? In this 1.5 hour workshop, we’ll discuss how to build accountable and durable structures, institutional memory and mentorship. Participants will discuss the benefits of teams for student initiatives, practice using frameworks for engagement and organizational structures, and reflect on what motivates individuals to get involved in a group.

This workshop is presented by the McGill Office of Sustainability as part of SKILLS21, a skills development program for McGill undergraduate students.
