Did you know that what you eat can significantly impact inflammation in your body?

Inflammation affects all of us and your food choices matter. Our presentation, "The Power of Diet in Fighting Inflammation," explores the mysteries of inflammation and how your dietary choices can reduce it. Discover how incorporating anti-inflammatory foods like colourful fruits, vegetables, and omega-3-rich foods into your diet can help quell chronic inflammation as you navigate the aging process. During our session, we will not only discuss these practical tips but also provide you with colourful recipes that make it easy to put them into practice. Join us for an interactive exploration that empowers you to take control of your health in a fun and dynamic way. Prepare to embark on a path to improved well-being, one meal at a time!

Yuchen Ji and Yabo Chen work under the supervision of Mary Hendrickson, MSc, RD and have organized the event in collaboration with Pichara Chhe, Health and Wellbeing Advisor.
