Invited Speakers:

Neil Boris MD; Trained in pediatrics, adult psychiatry and child psychiatry.  Academic career in medicine and public health with a focus on the clinical and preventive intervention in early childhood with high-risk families.  Extensive teaching and research experience with authorship on more than 60 peer-reviewed articles and 30 chapters in leading books.  International training and consultation experience with primary focus on Infant Mental Health.

The 25th McGill Infant Mental Health Day will address the issues surrounding trauma and attachment with young children and their families. Our invited guests are in the forefront of international research and clinical practice in this field. Participants will have an opportunity to benefit from their knowledge and expertise.  This conference is of interest to physicians, nurses, social workers, educators/psycho-educators, occupational and speech therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists working with infants and very young children.

This event is an accredited group learning activity as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
