$1-million gift accelerates student mental health effort at Desautels
A generous donation from Gisèle and Neil Murdoch (BCom’81) has accelerated student mental health efforts at Desautels, creating a new Local Wellness Advisor position in the Faculty.
In an article for McGill Giving, Professor Liette Lapointe, Local Wellness Advisor Samara Yesovitch and BCom student Kanishk Shah shed light on how the Faculty is working to support student wellness and fight the stigma around mental health issues.
