IMSF empowers students impact in community

The Integrated Management Student Fellowship (IMSF), offered by the Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management (MDIIM), is an experiential leadership development program that aims to bridge the gap between the classroom and the community. The program encourages multidisciplinary experiences and taking on initiatives that make a difference in the community. The IMSF consists of course work, a faculty-guided research project and an impact initiative. This year’s cohort presented its impact initiatives for Showcase Day on March 31 at the McGill University Faculty Club Ballroom. One group created an online platform to help social entrepreneurs find investors, while another project strived to improve composting awareness on campus.
