Water Shutdown - McLennan Library Building

Update: March 26 at 6:50PM

- Washrooms on all floors in McLennan are now open.

- The Data Lab and microfiche viewing room on the second floor are both re-opened.

- There are still some drying machines operating on the second floor but operations are mostly back to normal.

Update: March 23 at 12:30PM

- Washrooms on floors 2,3,4 are unavailable. Washrooms on the 5th and 6th floor are accessible.

- Plumbers are working to fix the pipe. Work is being done in the McLennan lobby and near/in washrooms on floors 2,3,4.

- Industrial de-humidifiers and large fans have been placed near affected areas (i.e. walls, carpets, cabinets). All Library computer stations and related electronic have been checked.

- The Data Lab and microfiche viewing room on the second floor will be closed for carpet cleaning.

Due to a burst pipe on the fifth floor, all washrooms in the McLennan Library Building are not available at this time. Facilities is on site and working to fix the issue.

Please use the washrooms located in the Redpath Library Building (main floor & basement).
