Preparing Your Academic Dossier For Promotion From Lecturer to Assistant Professor

N.B. If you cannot attend the entire afternoon, feel free to attend the part of the working session that you are available

N.B. This is the follow up session to the April 21st  session; therefore, for those of you who attended the April 21st session, you may choose to attend starting at 14:30 as the first hour will be a review of the first session.

Working Session Description:
In the first hour, we will describe the entire process of application for assistant professor status for those faculty members who are currently faculty lecturers: the format of the McGill curriculum vitae; strategies to write your personal statement; and the timeline that we recommend you follow.  Then there will be time for individual work on your academic dossier with resource people to help you for the remainder of the afternoon.
• There is no fee, but advance registration is recommended before Friday, May 22nd, 2015
