The Orientation Session for new graduate students and the General Meeting of all graduate students will take place on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in Burnside Hall, Room 1024-1025 (Lounge).

10:15 – 10:25 Remarks by Helen Aaron, Graduate Program Coordinator

10:25 – 10:45 Overview of the Graduate Program by Professor Gantumur Tsogtgerel

10:45 – 11:00 Information on the ISM presented by Alexandra Haedrich, ISM representative

11:00 – 11:15 information on the Schulich Library of Science and Engineering presented by April Colosimo

11:15-11:30 Information on Computer Facilities presented by Greg Lebaron

11:30 – 12:00 General Meeting of all Graduate Students, PGSS, AGSEM, CAPS & Skillsets representatives

·         Discussion of graduate student activities

·         Filling of graduate student positions on Departmental committees

12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Pizza lunch
