The HSF Grant-in-Aid (GIA) Program provides operating funds to support important, pertinent, novel research in the areas of heart disease and stroke.

Research is supported across the four health research themes:

Basic biomedical
Clinical
Health services/systems
Social, Cultural, Environmental and Population Health

Researchers who are planning to apply to the upcoming HSF Grants-in-Aid 2017/2018 Program (deadline Sept. 1st, 2016) are encouraged to attend this information session.

Overview:
Brief presentation about the objectives and requirements of the HSF Program presented by Rina Cohen, Grants Officer.

Prof. Anne McKinney - reviewer

Dr. Terry Hébert - 2015/2016 Grant-in-Aid grantee


Q & A Period:  Participants will be encouraged to raise any questions they may have about the Program and its application process. Those who are unable to attend are invited to send their inquiries to Rina Cohen in advance so that they may be included in the session.
