Mental Health week continues!

Sometimes keeping up with the day to day demands of work and a busy  schedule can be a challenge. The ability to manage stress is key to maintaining a healthy balance. This interactive presentation will help you to recognize the signs and symptoms of workplace stress, equip you with practical skills, and share community resources available to you.

Sara Saunders, an occupational therapist with years of experience in work disability practice, welcomes you to this engaging presentation designed to help you cultivate achievable health promoting strategies within your work day.
