If you have ever asked yourself, “ where does all the time go?”, or wondered if you could be more productive or efficient, this is the workshop for you.  Attendees will gain insight into how they are currently managing their time and learn strategies and techniques to set goals, prioritize, minimize procrastination and manage attention.
