DESCRIPTION:How do you deal with a pandemic in deep winter in urban context
 s? Given that the virus calls for everyone's adaptability\, how are northe
 rn cities accounting for vulnerable populations in their fight against the
  virus? Without a doubt\, the health crisis of the past year has heightene
 d inequities\, particularly among disadvantaged urban populations. Likewis
 e\, certain (in)actions for public health in Montreal have generated a gre
 at deal of discontent. The recent death of Raphaël 'Napa' André\, for inst
 ance\, has raised questions about the approach used and its lack of inclus
 iveness. As the public health record shows how interconnected everyone is\
 , an effective fight against the virus must involve all segments of the po
 pulation. How can northern cities in wintry climates respond to the multip
 le needs of their citizens in order to meet the challenge of adapting to t
 he health crisis? \n\nThis third webinar of our series Rethinking the City
  in Times of Pandemic will examine these issues with experts and practitio
