Biography
Michelle Feder is a human resources professional with experience in the pharmaceutical and transportation industries. Specializing in organizational development and training, she has a particular interest in change management, organizational and professional competencies, and the implementation of human resources best practices to support talent acquisition and development. Michelle is regularly involved in project management related to HR and other business initiatives.
Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Concordia University, a graduate certificate in human resources from McGill, and an MBA from the John Molson School of Business.
