Biography
David Gray teaches graduate courses and delivers workshops in the fields of cultural competency, organizational behavior, strategic planning, leadership and teamwork. He has worked for over 35 years as a consultant, facilitator and coach on leadership, team building and organizational performance in Canada and overseas.
With an emphasis on collective leadership models and transcultural leadership, Gray has assisted management teams in Canada, Russia, Latin America, the Caribbean, India and the Philippines develop effective individual and team leadership styles, as well as improve their organizations’ performance. He was a Senior Partner for 20 years for a Montreal-based international consulting firm, and has served as a Project Director for international development projects in the fields of governance, education, energy, environment and aviation.
