Biography
Renata Eva Milczarek is a partner with Mareval S.E.N.C.R.L, a firm specializing in business valuation, damage quantification and forensic accounting. Ms. Milczarek has more than 25 years of international experience in valuation, damage quantification, forensic accounting, financial analysis and private equity investments across various industries.
Prior to co-founding Mareval in 2014, Ms. Milczarek was a Partner in the Business Valuation and Investigative & Forensic Accounting team of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in Montréal.
Ms. Milczarek’s career also includes various roles with accounting firms and asset management companies both in Canada and abroad, including KPMG (Bermuda), Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (Poland), and Russell Investments (France). Ms. Milczarek has prepared numerous Valuation Reports and Expert Reports and has testified in Court as an expert witness.
Ms. Milczarek holds the following professional designations: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Corporate Finance (CF). She obtained a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
