Many university students experience some form of academic difficulty which may serve as a barrier to the attainment of their goals. Issues include procrastination, time management, exam anxiety, study skills, loss of motivation and problems with concentration. If these or similar issues are adversely affecting your academic work, the Counselling Service is here to help.
Vocational and career exploration may assist students not only in the choice of academic and professional direction but also in the development of individual identity and purpose. The Career Planning Service (CaPS) offers individual vocational testing (vocational counselling) as well as the Program for the Advancement of Career Exploration (P.A.C.E.), a workshop series designed to help students explore interests, identify career goals and discover how to make the most of their education.
For more information about P.A.C.E. please refer to our workshop section. For individual testing, please make an appointment with CaPS.
