McGill’s Executive Institute Launches “Excellence in Leadership” partnership with Ovivo Inc.

June 25, 2019 - Montreal, Canada – On Monday, June 17^th, The McGill Executive Institute (MEI) at McGill University launched a co-developed program exclusively for the emerging leaders of Ovivo Inc. The program brings together some of the company's global top talent - from China, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA and Canada.

The immersive learning initiative focuses on building critical leadership skills needed in the 21^st century while putting Ovivo’s core values into practice. From developing self-awareness and building emotional intelligence to exercising influence in support of leadership, collaboration and teamwork, participants will set the stage for the next phase of their careers.

In the opening statement, President and CEO of Ovivo Inc., Marc Barbeau stated to his team, “You [the participants] have to be the missionaries, the influencers, the ambassadors of our values across the organization.
