MONTRÉAL, 10 mars 2016 – Pour découvrir de nouvelles façons de promouvoir les légumineuses comme les lentilles et les pois, et lutter contre l’obésité et la dénutrition, la Faculté de gestion Desautels de l’Université McGill a lancé une plateforme qui permet aux entreprises et aux instituts de collaborer afin d’améliorer la valeur nutritive des produits alimentaires.
New Platform Helps Companies and Universities Tackle Obesity through Pulses
MONTREAL, Mar. 10, 2016 – To discover new ways of promoting pulses like lentils and peas to tackle obesity and undernutrition, the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University has launched a platform that enables companies and institutes to work together towards improving the nutrition of food products.
