Jim Seethram

Jim is a career entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in start-up management, software product development, project management, strategic planning & execution, financial prudence and performance, corporate development, vendor and partner management, customer engagement, and executive and team leadership.

He founded two software companies, one of them capturing 85% of North American market share in workforce accommodation management software for industrial project sites, before being sold in a vertical acquisition.

He joined Radient Technologies Inc. (TSXV:RTI), a cannabis extracts solutions provider, to lead the development of the company's system processes and technology infrastructure and for planning, integrating, and implementing the company's Tier 1 ERP, manufacturing, and logistics software processes and applications, and for business intelligence and knowledge management.

Jim is currently engaged in corporate development, technology strategy, SaaS delivery, acquisitions evaluation, capital raise, market strategy advisement, and start-up mentoring engagements.

Jim holds an MBA from McGill University and a BCom from the University of Alberta.
