Indigenous Studies Courses

There are currently two courses taught each year under the Indigenous Studies Program (INDG) - INDG 200 and INDG 401.  Students are required to take both courses, without exception, in order to complete their Indigenous Studies Minor program requirements.

 

INDG 200: Introduction to Indigenous Studies (Fall 2016)
The focus is on Indigenous experience in Canada, but encourages comparative approaches. Introduction to the social, political, economic and cultural dimensions of Indigenous life in Canada.
