Update successful: Banner INB and Minerva are now up and running!

We would like to thank you for your patience during the recent Banner downtime.

The scheduled upgrade has been successfully completed and all related systems are now up and running!

IT Services is preparing for a required upgrade to Banner. Upgrading our systems on a regular basis is a fundamental activity that McGill University does to ensure we get the most functionality and security out of our tools and systems. 

The downtime for the upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday, February 17, 8:00 AM and end on Sunday, February 18, 23:59 PM

During this period, Banner INB, Minerva (including student tax receipts, the McGill MarketPlace), myProgress (degree process tracking), myThesis (Thesis Examination Management) will be unavailable. 

A post-upgrade announcement will be posted on the IT Support site. 

Please plan your activities, accordingly, considering this downtime period.  Thank you for your support and collaboration. 

Les Services des TI procéderont bientôt à une importante mise à niveau de Banner. L’Université McGill doit mettre à niveau ses systèmes informatiques régulièrement pour veiller à ce que ses outils et systèmes demeurent le plus performants et sécuritaires possible. 

L’interruption pour la mise à niveau débutera le samedi 17 février, à 08:00 jusqu’au dimanche 18 février, vers 23:59. 

Durant cette période, Banner INB, Minerva (notamment les reçus fiscaux et McGill MarketPlace), le système de suivi des études myProgress et myThesis (Thesis Examination Management) seront inaccessibles.  

Un message sera publié sur le site du soutien informatique une fois la mise à niveau terminée.
