The final exam period can be a time of intense stress.
Counselling Services is hosting de-stress activities scheduled on every exam day (Friday, December 8 through Thursday December, 21). Students can join a yoga class, participate in mindfulness sessions, or hang out with therapy dogs! New this year, Counselling is also offering a handful of Mental Health for Finals workshops! Students can register now!
