The Child Psychiatry Research Committee is sponsoring a Child Psychiatry Research Seminar.  This seminar is open to all staff and students. The seminar will be informal and encourage active audience participation and discussion.

"Pathways to Addiction"

Presenter: Robert, Pihl, MD

Professor, Psychology and Psychiatry, McGill University, Montreal, Quebec. Dr. Pihl, has focused his research in the area of risk factors for the development of drug and alcohol abuse and differentially targeted interventions for these different situations. Furthermore, he has tried to identify the role of different neurotransmitters in depression, alcohol abuse and drug consumption.
