Career preparation workshops for School of Information Studies students

Published: 14 January 2016

Students of the McGill University School of Information Studies: in partnership with McGill University's Career and Placement Service (CaPS), the Career Fair Committee is once again holding workshops to help you grab attention from employers. Workshops will be led by Janice Tester, Career Advisor for students in the Master of Information Studies program.

These workshops will provide you with tips and tricks on how to build a head-turning CV and cover letter, ace your interviews, and score the job/position of your dreams. And since an estimated 80 % of professional jobs are obtained through acquaintances, why not maximize your chances and attend the new Networking and LinkedIn workshop?

  • Interview Skills Workshop. Friday January 29th, 12:30-1:30 PM (cancelled)
