Jeffrey Atkinson – Pastoral past to pediatric progress

Originally from southern Ontario, the pediatric neurosurgeon was enticed back to McGill (where he did his residency) to join an elite team of brain surgeons at the Children’s.

Members of the Jooay team are shown with the mascot of Defi Sportif AlterGo, a sports competition for over 7000 children with disabilities, in which Jooay participates each year.

McGill-developed app promotes accessibility through play

The Jooay App, developed here at SPOT, helps families find inclusive play opportunities for children with disabilities and connects families to their communities.
