Administrative Staff Updates

The Human Resources Office in the Faculty of Arts is pleased to announce the latest updates to Administrative and Support Staff positions within the Faculty. Join us in wishing your colleagues well in their new roles.

  • Leeza Girolami obtained a temporary full-time appointment as an Administrative Student Affairs Coordinator in the Linguistics Department as of April 8, 2019.
  • Francesca Siracusa is starting a regular full-time position as an Administrative Student Affairs Coordinator in the Office of Advising and Student Information Services (OASIS) as of April 23, 2019. She joins us from Student Services where she worked as a service representative.
  • Sarah Lessard has accepted a temporary assignment as an Administrative Student Affairs Coordinator in the Institute of Islamic Studies from April 16, 2019, to June 14, 2019. She joins us from the Faculty of Engineering where she was working as a Student Affairs Coordinator in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
  • Rebekah Elkerton has obtained a regular full-time position as an Administrative & Student Affairs Coordinator in the Indigenous Studies program within the McGill Institute for the Study of Canada (MISC) as of April 15, 2019. Rebekah is new to McGill. 
  • Margaret Lawrence has obtained a regular full-time position as a Student Affairs Coordinator in the School of Religious Studies as of April 29, 2019. She joins us from the Department of Psychology where she worked as an Administrative Coordinator.
