Tools for data analysis

The various image processing applications can be considered as the heart of the software at the Brain Imagin Centre. Their dominant goal is the application of various algorithms to medical images. The researchers used many modalities of imaging to explore the brain anatomy (MRI), and to describe the induced mechanisms (fMRI, PET, MEG/EEG).

NOTE: Most of the software is under development and is available on https://github.com/BIC-MNI, archives of releases are available at packages.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/ in the tgz directory.
