  • Samin Aref (Laboratory of Digital and Computational Demography, Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research).

The webinar will address the following points and more:

  • What are the new, emerging forms of data?
  • What are the challenges of collecting and accessing these data?
  • What benefits do new data bring to population research?
  • What are the challenges with new data?
  • What ethical issues are related to these data?
  • What are other future opportunities and issues related to this type of data for population research?
