Postdoctoral research position: Cross-national Demography of Family Structure, Aging, and Health | University of Western Ontario

Dr. Rachel Margolis, Department of Sociology at the University of Western Ontario, and Dr. Ashton Verdery, Department of Sociology and Criminology at the Pennsylvania State University, invite applications for a postdoctoral scholar in Sociology and Demography. The successful candidate will collaborate on research related to patterns of family structure and population health in aging populations around the world.

The position will be funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (Principal Investigator, Rachel Margolis) and the U.S. National Institute of Aging (Principal Investigator, Ashton Verdery). The initial duration is one year, with the possibility of an extension of up to 2 additional years.
