MÉLANIE MONDOU, MD, is a geriatrician and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine. She has been involved in medical education, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, for over 5 years. At the undergraduate level, she held the post of Geriatrics Clerkship Course Director and currently holds the posts of Assistant Dean, UGME, Clerkship Director and Interprofessional Course Director in the administration of the M.D,C.M. program at McGill. Dr. Mondou completed a Master in Health Professions Education from Maastricht University in 2014.
Dr. Mondou is involved in teaching interprofessionalism and geriatric medicine at the undergraduate and graduate level and is a member of the Office of Interprofessional Education at McGill.
Current research interests: Interprofession education and practice and faculty development.
