12th McGill International Cellphilm Festival

Students are invited to the 12th McGill International Cellphilm Festival, hosted by the Participatory Cultures Lab and the Institute for Human Development and Well-being.

This is a chance for individuals and communities to use cellphone cameras creatively to address critical social issues.

This year’s festival theme is simple: Taking Action Together!

Picture crafting an impactful cellphilm that rallies everyone to tackle pressing social issues together. What message would you say to ignite action and inspire collective change?

The deadline for submissions is May 24, 2024, and you are invited to attend the hybrid festival to celebrate with all of the participants on June 13, 2024.

Cash Prizes Available!
