Caring Conversations : Home care or Care home?

Join us on December 20 at 11 am EST for a discussion to support care partners of a person living with dementia. Social worker Lucy Barylak and professional coach and educator Joanne Besner will lead conversations about topics that are important to care partners.

Home care or Care home?

Lucy and Joanne will talk about recognizing if it is time to transition to a supervised care home, and coping with the feelings that accompany making that type of decision.

After a short presentation, Lucy and Joanne will respond to questions and concerns from the audience.
