De-Stress During Exams
The exam period can be a time of intense stress and also a time when many resources are no longer offered. Counselling Service is re-launching an initiative to have de-stress activities scheduled on every exam day (Friday December 8th through Thursday December 21st).
EVERY EXAM DAY – DOWNTOWN CAMPUS:
- THERAPY DOGS – 12h30 to 13h30 - Brown Building Lobby
- YOGA – 12h to 13h – Lev Bukhman room SSMU
- MINDFULNESS – 16h30 to 17h – Brown Building 4200
