Deadline: McCall MacBain International Fellowships

Do you want to fully immerse yourself in another language and culture for an entire year? To step out of your comfort zone to deepen your understanding, build lasting ties, and broaden your experience in another region of the world?

The McCall MacBain International Fellowships were created for just that – to help you design a year abroad rich with diverse learning experiences. Up to $30,000 per fellowship!

What to expect:

• Language training (one term)
• Academic study (one term)
• Work experience (one term)
• 2 Retreats (pre-departure and re-integration)

Eligibility:

• Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Between 19-24 years old on January 1, 2023
• Enrolled full-time in a first-entry undergraduate degree at McGill University
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and in good standing
• Completed at least 2-3 academic terms (dependent on degree length) and have not met requirements to requirements to graduate prior to departure in summer 2023
• Have not already left Canada for an independent study abroad experience of 8* months in the last 3 years
