This workshop will help you to understand the interview process, and to provide you with insight and strategies for giving your best interviews, all while taking into consideration the current reality and challenges of virtual recruitment.

Learn what steps you can take to prepare for an interview so that you can anticipate questions, answer confidently and leave a positive impression with your potential employer.

ECC Career Advisor Rachel Schafts leads this workshop, and shares her experiences and advice as a former industry recruiter/HR professional.

The session will also feature a current engineering undergraduate student who will share her recent interviewing experiences and tips for success.
