Guest speaker Maria Della Posta, SVP Pratt & Whitney Canada
Maria Della Posta was named Senior Vice President, Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC), in 2015. Her responsibilities in her role in the President’s Office include leadership of the Customer Service and Sales & Marketing organizations, as well as continued development of key business strategies that will drive sustainable growth for P&WC.
Maria began her career at P&WC in 1985 and progressed in roles of increasing leadership and responsibility in Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and Strategy & Business Development, before being appointed to the President’s Office in January 2012. Promoted to Vice President, Customer Support, in 2001, she was appointed Vice President, Customer Service, in 2008, and Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, in 2010.
Maria earned her Bachelor of Commerce in 1985 and an MBA in 1991, both from McGill University.
Maria will speak about her leadership journey for the past 30 years at Pratt & Whitney Canada, from the perspective of her personal growth as well as a senior executive.
