Jaye Ellis (McGill School of the Environment & Faculty of Law) and Brian Leung (Dept. of Biology, UNESCO Chair for Dialogues on Sustainability & Director of the McGill, Neotropical Environment Option, McGill School of the Environment)

Ecology is the study of the rules of sustainability, while economics is the management of our domain. Are economy and the environment opposing forces?
