Dr. Sarah Moser, Assistant Professor in McGill's Dept of Geography and Director of the Urban Studies Program will be speaking about "New cities: Utopian wishes and PowerPoint dreams". Her research explores the cultural politics and drivers of new master-planned cities and urban mega-developments in emerging economies.
