The Schulich School of Music is hosting a special gathering of percussionists for two concurring events: The Space Between and the Quebec Day of Percussion, presented by the Canadian Percussion Network and the Quebec Chapter of the Percussive Arts Society.
This multi-day coming-together of percussionists from across Quebec and Canada will feature five concerts open to the public.
This event will also feature lectures, demonstrations, masterclasses, performances, and research posters. This large-scale percussion event will feature percussionists from Canada and abroad. Thanks to an SSHRC Partnership Development Grant (PDG), this event will be free of charge for all attendees.
