February 14, 2023 | Following Kevin Page's complexity seminar, Caroline Wilson wrote about the Canadian government making a significant shift in the right direction in terms of their commitment to gender equality and women's empowerment. She also mentioned that the method of application of policies has to be justified in the program monitoring and evaluation phases. Caroline Wilson is a Master of Public Policy candidate at McGill University. She also holds a master's degree in Development studies and has previously worked with the Government of India on women empowerment projects and on collaborative education programs in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Kevin Page is the President of the Institute of Fiscal Studies and Democracy at the University of Ottawa, former Parliamentary Budget Officer and a contributing writer for Policy Magazine.
