Creating a greener McGill

Professor Dror Etzion is passionately committed to leveraging his expertise in sustainability to help reduce McGill’s carbon footprint. As the leader of the Divest McGill movement, he advocates for McGill to join institutions like Harvard in withdrawing investments from oil and gas companies.

Until significant progress is made, he will continue to sound the alarm about the dangers of maintaining linkages between Canadian universities and companies that perpetuate climate change.
