Guest Lectured in Technological Entrepreneurship (BUSA 691) with Prof. Michael Avedesian

Desautels Global Expert Mr. Samer Saab gave a guest lecture in Professor Avedesian’s Technological Entrepreneurship course, during which he shed light on his journey toward becoming an entrepreneur after completing his MBA at Desautels. In so doing, he discussed some of the setbacks and lessons learned after working for Bombardier, Nortel, and Nakisa, while noting that he had a constant drive to start his own business. He then talked about the challenges of launching eXplorance, the sacrifices that he needed to make, as well as the keys to success for eXplorance, including the incredible company culture, employee engagement, and its very flexible work environment.
