An EMBA alumnus’ bold move for the good of society
Pascal Lépine’s (EMBA’12) career aims have certainly evolved over time. As a young graduate, he aspired to become a poet, later switching focus to build and lead a highly successful business-consulting firm, Atypic.
Then, five years ago, following what he refers to as a professional existential crisis, he revised Atypic’s clientele to cater exclusively to non-profit charities. A bold move for the sake of social good, given that most of Atypic’s revenues at the time originated from private companies.
