SKILLS21 is your path to essential skills development at McGill!

SKILLS21 is a new and exciting skills development program for McGill undergraduate students. Providing workshops offered by a wide range of partnering units, SKILLS21 will help you gain the skills you need to reach your full potential at McGill and beyond!

SKILLS21 is a flexible and fully customizable program. Workshops are offered along five streams (Citizenship, Collaboration, Discovery, Leadership, and Wellbeing), and you have the freedom to choose the stream and workshops that interest you, and create your own personalized schedule from the workshop calendar.

By participating in SKILLS21, you can:

  • Gain the skills you need to help you achieve academic, career, and personal success.
  • Build connections with your fellow students, staff, and faculty.
  • Track your progress in your skill-building journey on myInvolvement.
  • Demonstrate your participation as workshop attendance and stream completion are recognized on your co-curricular record.
