The NSERC-CREATE Integrated Sensors Systems Training Program is proud to announce the first of our monthly Sensors Seminars.

This year we will be including both professor and student presentations.

3:00 Prof. Benoit Boulet, Associate  Professor in the McGill Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, William Dawson Scholar and Director of the Centre for Intelligent Machines has agreed to speak about his artificial pancreas work involving continuous glucose sensors.

3:45 Prof. Andrew Kirk, Chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering, James McGill Professor and Director of MIAM, will present on Nanophotonics for sensing

4:30 Former ISS Trainee Sharifun Nahar, PhD Candidate from INRS will discuss Plastic-based devices: A perfect tool for Point-of-care diagnostics in limited resource setting countries
