Hidden borders: A critical conversation about citizenship and immigration

Join us for a panel discussion moderated by Evan Fox-Decent, professor of immigration and refugee law at the McGill Faculty of Law. Panelists Me. Noel Saint-Pierre (immigration and refugee lawyer), Mary Foster (The Coalition for Adil) and Samir Shaheen Hussain (No One Is Illegal and Solidarity Across Borders) will address some of the contentious areas of immigration and refugee law and policy in Canada. Discussion topics centre around inadmissibility in the context of sexual orientation and gender, HIV/AIDS, security certificates and health. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served.
