It stARTS with ARTS Entrepreneurial Speaker Series - Learn from a successful serial Entrepreneur

Wondering what you can do with your Arts degree? Here`s a chance to learn from the stories of McGill alumni who have graduated with Arts degrees and gone on to successful careers in a wide variety of fields. Throughout the fall semester, the Faculty of Arts, University Advancement, and Career Planning Service will be collaborating on the popular speaker series, It stARTS with ARTS. Each session will feature a McGill Arts graduate discussing his or her career path and what they`ve learned along the way. Sessions are hosted in the CaPS Library, providing an intimate size so that participants can ask questions and gain relevant insights into potential career paths.

Speaker: Dr. Richard Reiner is a serial entrepreneur and company builder, active as an investor, advisor, and Board member with a number of high-growth companies at the intersection of security, cloud, and mobile, the same space in which he has built and successfully exited several companies. He offers advice on a wide range of topics from contracts, financing, to exit strategies in buy-outs. Richard holds a BA and MA from McGill University, and a PhD from York University.
