The Food Lab Manager at Macdonald’s School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition, Judy Campbell-Gordon will provide practical nutritional know-how to help you replace the refined and processed foods in your diet with healthier, delicious alternatives, helping you ward off heart disease, obesity and diabetes.
